2. Estimates and Contracts

– All project work requires a signed written contract
– Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided
– Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation
– Contract terms comply with Oregon contractor licensing requirements (ORS 701)
3. Payment Terms
– Deposit required before work begins (as specified in contract)
– Payment schedule outlined in signed contract
– Final payment due upon project completion and customer approval
– We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
– Late payments may incur fees as permitted by Oregon law
4. Warranty and Liability
– Workmanship warranty provided as specified in your contract
– We maintain required Oregon contractor insurance and bonding
– Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, weather events, or improper maintenance
– Liability limited to contract value as allowed by Oregon law (ORS 30.260-30.300)
5. Website Use
– Content is for informational purposes only
– Project photos displayed with customer permission
– We reserve the right to refuse service
– Submitted information is handled per our Privacy Policy
6. Cancellations and Changes
– Contract cancellation terms outlined in signed agreement
– Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing
– Oregon’s 3-day right to cancel applies to qualifying home improvement contracts (ORS 83.710)
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved under Oregon state law. We encourage communication to resolve any concerns before formal action.
